Heavy-Duty Steel Envelopes

Pre-Engineered Buildings

M R ENTERPRISE Pre-Engineered Buildings represent a cost-effective, durable structural system designed for industrial and commercial enclosures. Every framing member is optimized for weight while maintaining structural safety margins.

  • Primary Members: Fabricated built-up H-sections for columns, rafters, and rigid frames. We use high-tensile structural steel plates conforming to ASTM A572 Grade 50 (or equivalent IS 2062).
  • Secondary Members: Cold-formed Z-purlins and C-girts designed to transfer roofing loads to the primary frame. Standard galvanization layer (G90 coating) prevents early rusting.
  • Roofing & Side Cladding: Prepainted Galvalume (PPGL) sheets with high-yield strength. Standard thickness runs from 0.47mm to 0.50mm, featuring modern corrosion protective color finishes.

Modular Rapid Deployment Shelters

Prefabricated Shelters & Cabins

M R ENTERPRISE designs and supplies customizable modular pre-fabricated structures. Ideal for quick deployment, our cabins rely on a robust lightweight chassis and pre-fitted thermal walls.

  • PUF Insulated Shelters: Built using double-skin polyurethane panels (40mm to 100mm thickness). High insulation makes them ideal for telecom hubs, control rooms, and site cabins.
  • Cement Board Shelters: Heavy-duty cement-bonded particle board panels on light gauge structural steel framing. Excellent resistance to damp conditions and external fires.
  • Portable Bunk Houses: Fully mobile security and engineer bunk houses built on integrated steel channels with pre-fitted internal electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, and plumbing.

PUF Insulated Site Offices

Quickly deployable site offices with 50mm double-sided color-coated PUF panels, pre-hung insulated doors, PVC slide windows, and integrated floor channels.

Cement Board labor Camps

Double-tier layouts designed with cement-particle external boards for high impact resistance, waterproof ceilings, and strong fire escape stairs.

Site Security Bunk houses

Small, portable base bunk houses built with lifting hooks, heavy base skids, internal panels, electrical switches, and aluminum windows.

High Efficiency Insulation Panels

PUF Sandwich Panels

M R ENTERPRISE PUF Panels are manufactured under continuous profiling pressure lines. The dense core of rigid Polyurethane Foam (PUF) is sandwiched between color-coated steel sheets to form a structural envelope with exceptional thermal values.

  • Continuous Production: Foaming chemicals are uniformly injected on automated lines to guarantee homogenous cell structures without thermal air pockets.
  • Tongue & Groove Joint Arrangement: Ensures flush fitting wall sections with tight tongue-and-groove profiles that act as an air seal, preventing external hot air intake.
  • Roof panel overlapping profile: Features a high trapezoidal crest geometry that matches roof pitches, protecting joints from direct monsoon rains and water flow.

The Vital Importance of Proper Insulation

"Without proper insulation, daily temperature fluctuations easily affect our spaces and remains the primary cause for illness as well as seasonal lifestyle changes, adversely impacting the quality of life."

M R ENTERPRISE sandwich panels utilize high-performance Polyurethane Foam cores. This foam is characterized by a high closed-cell content (above 95%) that exhibits extremely low thermal conductivity. It provides the ultimate barrier to heat transfer, assuring a sustainable, long-term cost savings by drastically reducing utility bills for both heating and cooling.

Core Features & Panel Dynamics

Engineered to deliver structural performance and chemical stability across diverse applications.

Robust & Shrinkage Free

Our professional chemical formulation prevents long-term foam shrinkage, ensuring structural shape integrity.

Fire-Rated Safety

Built with self-extinguishing and fire-retardant PUF classes to restrict flame propagation.

Minimum Contraction

Engineered to exhibit minimum contraction or expansion during extreme outdoor temperature swings.

Climate Control

High closed-cell structure blocks heat migration, maintaining stable indoor temperatures regardless of season.

Damp-Repellent

Offers high resistance to moisture absorption, preventing condensation buildup, damp, and mold formation.

Eco-Friendly Formulation

Produced using ozone-friendly blowing agents with zero ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential).

Panel Erection & Installation Process

How our technical onsite teams assemble panel systems to construct high-strength buildings.

01

Chassis Track Alignment

Galvanized bottom and top C-tracks are anchored to the concrete foundation base. These steel profiles form the load track guide where wall panels are subsequently mounted.

02

Interlocking & Cutouts

Panels are slotted into guide tracks and joined using tongue-and-groove joint fittings. Door/window frame openings are measured and cut with high-precision tools on site.

03

Sealing & Flashings

Panel joints are sealed with silicone caulking. Internal and external corner flashing trims are screwed in. A weatherproofing sealant completes the construction.
