Engineering & Designing

Structural models are created in advanced design software. We compute stresses, verify load paths, design the primary rafters and columns, and prepare detailed drawings for client approval.

Shop Manufacturing

Raw high-strength steel sheets are cut, built-up into H-beams or I-beams, welded, punched, and sandblasted. Concurrently, continuous line sandwich panel machines profile the cladding walls.

Quality & Logistics

Every finished member is checked against design tolerances, weld strength specifications, and protective paint coatings. Once approved, the structures are securely bundled and transported to the project site.

Onsite Erection & Easing

Our expert installation team bolts the primary structural columns, ties the secondary purlins, installs PUF wall/roof panels, and seals joints to hand over a completed building.

Raw Material Inspection

Incoming steel coils, hot-rolled profiles, paint coatings, and chemical liquid components for PUF foaming are verified against mill test certificates. Substandard raw materials are immediately rejected.

In-Process Inspection

Our supervisors verify alignment tolerances during cutting, fitting, and automated welding. Welds undergo regular visual inspections. PUF panels are checked for density profile consistency.

Final Pre-Dispatch Inspection

Completed steel members and cladding panel profiles are checked for dimension accuracies, bolt hole alignments, and coating thickness values. Only certified packages receive the release tag.
